Dear residents, the Homeowners Association of Dimensions at Doral informs you that parking enforcement will start on May 1st 2022. This means that from the mentioned date, all visitors using the guest parking from 7PM to 7AM must register their vehicles in the parking attendant website. Parking Enforcement Officer may impound vehicles for not being registered or due parking violations.
To facilitate the vehicle registration, the Association has placed signs with QR codes in all parking areas. Any visitor or host can easily request a parking permit by simply opening the photo camera on a mobile phone and scanning the QR code on the sign. Parking permit also requires to input some extra information (like: license plate, address visiting and secret code) before issuing the permit.
All secret codes were given to residents during the first round of decal distribution that took place on April 13th, if for some reason you were not able to pick up your decal and secret code, there will be a second round distribution on May 4th 2022. Please be aware that second round will occur days after the start of parking enforcement, so please do not use guest parking without having a valid permit, otherwise your guest’s vehicle may be towed. After second round, all decals and secret codes will be distributed by appointment only.
The Homeowners Association would also like to remind you that Residents are only allowed to use the guest parking between 7am and 7pm , while guests can make use of it at any time but with parking permit between 7pm and 7am . Once again, Residents cannot make use the guest parking during the night, otherwise our Parking Enforcement Officer will put a violation warning the first time and next time, your vehicle will be towed.
If you, as a resident, have any questions or doubts of how parking enforcement works, or need assistance with the use of the website for requesting permits, please send us an email to board@dimensionsatdoralhoa.com and one of our members will be more than happy to assist you.
Our goal is to provide safe and convenient parking facilities that are user friendly, aesthetically attractive, and responsive to our residential needs.
