Parking in Dimensions at Doral is enforced and regulated by the Homeowners’ Association, and starting this Sunday May 1st 2022, come into force the use of Parking Boss for the use of guest parking between 7pm to 7am. There are a few things to remember before going in for parking at Dimensions at Doral. This guide explains the parking rules in place in our community so you can easily understand the basics of the guest and resident parking use in order to avoid incurring in a violation, disciplinary action and a further inconvenient.
As a reminder, the property manager nor the Association take no pleasure in towing vehicles and the community has zero financial upside for doing so. In fact, it is a cost for us use management resources on this task. However, it is the only way to ensure that residents and guests protect our community by abiding to our Rules & Regulations.
The rules explained.
a) All residents were issued a parking decal, which must be affixed to the rear window on
the driver side of each vehicle. Parking decals were assigned to each vehicle license plate, are not transferable and may only be issued by the Homeowners Association. if for some reason you were not able to pick up your decal, there will be a second round distribution on May 4th 2022
b) Each resident is entitle to have up to two (2) properly parked, registered validly tagged, operational, non-commercial vehicles in the driveways and one (1) vehicle in the garage of the unit. Resident’s automobiles parked in the garage or driveway shall not block the sidewalk. For any Owner who drives an automobile issued by the County or other government entity (i.e. police cars), such as automobiles shall not be deemed to be a commercial vehicle and may be parked in the garage or driveway of the Home.

c) No vehicles of any nature shall be parked on any portion of Dimensions at Doral or a lot including,
without limitation, on the grass, median, streets, sidewalks, swales, sewer drain aprons, and common areas, except on the surfaced parking area.

d) No resident shall park in a parking space assigned to another unit without the permission of the applicable owner; evidence of such permission must be filed with the Association. Owner of the trespassed unit has the right to request the vehicle to be towed immediately without notice.
e) Guest parking designated areas is for the exclusive use of guests. All visitors must park in the guest parking spaces and guest vehicles must be registered with the virtual parking attendant. Guest spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. Vehicles parked in guests parking designated areas should be parked head-in and must be parked within the lines designated for the particular parking space. Guests overnight parking in the guest parking designated areas will only be allowed for a maximum of twenty five (25) cumulative hours between 7PM to 7AM in any 7-day period per vehicle. No vehicles with expired registration or license plate may be kept within public view anywhere within Dimensions at Doral.

f) Once your 25 cumulative hours for a 7-day period allowance is depleted, you can request a temporary exception to guest’s overnight parking regulation which should be sent in writing to the management company for Board of Directors’ consideration, stating the reasons for such request, dates, and the guest and vehicle information. Referred exceptions might be granted for a maximum of 30 days per calendar year per unit. This exception does not apply to residents of Dimensions at Doral, in other words, a temporary exception cannot be issued to a resident’s vehicle.

h) No commercial vehicles, limousine, buses, boat, trailer including, but not limited to, boat trailers, house trailers, and trailers of every other type, kind or description, or camper, may be kept within Dimensions at Doral except inside the garage of a Home. No vehicles used in business for the purpose of transporting goods, equipment and the like, trucks or van shall be parked in Dimensions at Doral except during the period of a delivery or inside the garage of the unit. The term commercial vehicle shall not be deemed to include law enforcement vehicles or recreational or utility vehicles (i.e. Broncos,
Blazers, Explorers, Navigators, etc.) or clean “nonworking” vehicles such as pick-up trucks, vans, or cars. No vehicles displaying commercial advertising shall be parked within public view except when servicing the community or a unit. No vehicles bearing a “for sale” sign shall be parked within the public view anywhere on Dimensions at Doral.

Final Important Notice
- Any vehicle parked in violation of these, or other restrictions contained here or in the Rules and Regulations of Dimensions at Doral, now or subsequently adopted, may (without obligation) be towed by the Homeowners Association at the sole expense of the owner of such vehicle.
- Any damages incurred to the Association’s common areas, including grass, and swales, will be subject to fines and the repairs or replacement of damages will be at homeowner’s expense.
- All parking violations may be subject to a violation notice and/or fines from the Association.
- Association shall not be liable to the owner of such vehicle for trespass, conversion, or otherwise, nor guilty of any criminal act, by reason of such towing. Notwithstanding the forgoing, each Owner acknowledges that such Owner and its family, guests, tenants, and invitees shall abide by all parking regulations issued by the local governing authority having jurisdiction.
