In order to comply with FDOT, The HOA has made an Investment of approximately $10K for the removal of shrub on both sides, sod installation, cleaning, refurbishing and painting of the guardrail that runs on NW 48th Terrace.
This project constitutes part of the master plan for the beautification and improvement of our community. Now all our residents, friends and family can walk around our gorgeous lake and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful view.
Lets keep our community clean and well maintained for the welfare and enjoyment of all our neighbors.
