While the installation of the Envera system at the community gates gets closer to its completion, it is important for all our residents to be prepared for its commissioning. For this reason, Envera Systems has provided us with the following informative video about the use of the Virtual Guard. Please take a moment to watch and fully understand the following video and do not hesitate to consult  a member of the Board of Directors with any questions that may arise.

Please be aware that once the Envera system is up and running, the Virtual Guard will deny the entry through any vehicle gate to anyone who is not inside a vehicle. All residents wishing to enter or leave the community on foot must do so only through the pedestrian gate. If you do not have a key fob for opening the pedestrian gate from outside the community, you can purchase one by sending an email to board@dimensionsatdoralhoa.com. Each electronic key is $35 payable with a money order to Dimensions at Doral HOA. There is currently a restriction of a maximum of 6 key fobs per unit.
