All lawns are fully serviced at Dimensions at Doral. This means both, common areas and the front of each individual home are cut on a biweekly basis. However, it is the responsibility of each homeowner to adequately water and keep up with the health of their lawns as well as entirely maintain their back yards. Lawn replacement is the responsibility of each homeowner, although they may coordinate direct with landscape entity for assistance and pricing. Do note that some homeowners also have their own landscapers who service theirs respective lawns on the off weeks. If for whatever reason you wish to not have your lawn cut, please notify the management company to coordinate with community landscapers. Pest and weed control service is applied to all common areas as well as front lawns. Any additional services, such as backyard and side lawns are to be contracted by each homeowner.

All tree and shrubs are trimmed periodically. Shrubs are kept up monthly and tree trimming services provided yearly. This service only covers front lawn and common public areas.  The Association also mulches the entire community (common areas plus front lawns) 3-4 times a year.

The peace mind of all our residents is our top priority. We take the safety of our community very seriously. All common areas in Dimensions at Doral are actively monitored by surveillance cameras.

Dimensions at Doral is mobile patrolled daily by uniformed guard in order to keep the security of our residents and also for the enforcement and compliance of some of our rules and regulations in regards to parking, nuisances, speeding and, littering among others.

Dimensions at Doral is a private gated community with independent gates and access control systems for residents and visitors. Residents must have a transponder or a key fob in order to access the community while visitors must register at the visitor’s gate kiosk.

As a part of our continued efforts to improve the living of our residents and their pets, the Association has placed four doggie bag dispenser with feces disposal baskets stations within the common areas for your benefit. These stations are located in the community: two along the main street, in front of the lake (NW 48th Ter), one at NW 48th Ln and another at NW 116th Ct. It is the responsibility of each pet owner to clean up all matter created by the pet and deposit it in the waste container in the doggie station.
